Our Team


Helen Style - Manager and Senco

Helen was a secondary school teacher for 10 years before setting up the pre-school with Emma Cravitz and Stephen Frosh in 2004. She studied French and  Arabic at University and after doing an MA she worked in the steel export industry before doing her PGCE and NVQ3 in childcare. Helen speaks French and basic Spanish and Arabic.


Sharon Rind - Deputy with responsibility for Health and Safety

Sharon joined Yeladenu in Jan 2005 after 17 years at Pardes House. Sharon has her NVQ 3 in childcare. Sharon speaks Hebrew. Sharon works Monday to Thurday and runs the Toddler Group in the synagogue on a Friday.


Mandy Goldfarb - Acting Deputy and our Parent Liaison.

Practitioner with responsibility for IT and joint Senco. Mandy joined us in Sept 2006 whilst still a parent in the pre-school. She has her NVQ3 and works Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and job shares with Adriana.


Adriana Bonham - Practitioner

Adriana joined us in January 2011. She received a Bsc in phono-audiology and speech therapy from her native Argentina before moving to Israel to live. She speaks Spanish and Hebrew. She has a NVQ2 in childcare. Adriana works Monday, Tuesday and Friday and job shares with Mandy.


Nikki Joannou - Practitioner with responsibility for mentoring apprentices. Nikki joined us in September 2017. She has been teaching since 2003. She has a Diploma in Preschool Practice. Nikki works Monday, Tuesday and Friday and job shares with Leigh.


Leigh Farmer - Practitioner joined in January 2020. Leigh job shares with Nikki. 


Georgia Landes - a Level 3 qualified Practitioner who recently joined us in September 2019. Previously worked with 0-2 year olds. 


Louise Chait - Administrator. Joined Yeladenu in February 2017.


Rael Cohen - Security. SIA qualified.


Darren Morrison - Security.  SIA qualified.


Charles Sacravarty - Security. SIA qualified.


All members of staff and security are First Aid trained.


Yeladenu is proud to be one of the first London receipients in June 2017 of Millie's Mark Award, the Gold Standard in First Aid.
